These informal sessions held in The Wilson café lounge area at lunchtime on the first Wednesday of the month give you the chance to join one of our curators for a half hour chat followed by questions as they introduce pieces from The Wilson’s extensive collections.

Drawn to Nature
Nature’s long-lasting influence on artists, the draw of the Gloucestershire landscape and its natural resources, will be the focus of this informal talk. Come and see glimpses into the work of artists such as Freda Derrick, Phyllis Barron and Dorothy Larcher who were directly inspired by the local area and the opportunities it offered for craft and design and creativity.
Ticket price includes a hot drink.
