SUMMARY:Mapping Hyperrealities

Together\, we’ll reimagine the purpose of these fleeting images\, inspired by philosopher Jean Baudrillard’s ideas of hyperreality. \nThis workshop is part of the residents’ exhibition programme\, relating to Harriet’s new series of still lives\, which were observed entirely from online imagery. Harriet Hughes is a multi-disciplinary artist who uses dolls to satirise consumer culture\, questioning how the perception of self is continually exploited in order to produce profit. \nPlease bring your phone with you to the workshop. \nNo booking required just turn up.
