The Open Archive is The Wilson’s publicly accessible space dedicated to the display of the museum’s paper collections.

The Wilson holds a large archive of material on paper, from posters of Cheltenham theatres to watercolours by Edward Adrian Wilson, from images of Cheltenham scenes to private press books. The Open Archive displays change regularly to highlight different areas of the collection.

Currently on display is The Wilson Family Collection, The Cheltenham Collection, The Emery Walker Library and The Arts and Crafts Archive.
